This largely depends on both parties, but usually it's dinner, maybe a movie, but it could also be a picnic, driving to a panoramic place where you can enjoy the view (kinda old school). Maybe it's going to a bookstore, or doing some sort of physical activity. Taking a boat on a nearby lake. I guess it can be anything, as long as it feels right for both.
