Okay, so you know those cords that are attached to your testicles that transport your sperm and stuff? Well, my right one feels normal, but on my left one it feels like theres something squishy around it. The squishy stuff is not attached to the testicle itself, and I've had it ever since my doctor has been doing his business down there, so I don't think it's cancer or anything. It is also painless and doesn't cause any problems (or at least, I don't think it does) aside from being annoying and scary. So my question is, does anybody know what it is? I've had it for as long as I can remember.

Probably your epididymis. Its the bit that attaches the cords to the actual teste, its kinda squishy i feel like thats what your talking about. If not ask your dr anyway, it could be anything from a cyst or cancer or anthing like a hydrocele. (Google hydrocele)

I looked into it and I'm actually pretty sure it's a varicocele (I think that's how it's spelled) and they're harmless. I may still see a doctor but I'm like 99% sure that's what it is. Thank you for the help :D

I think I have something like that but I don't like touching it. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
