I've seriously debated it for a while and I'm quite a ways of from making a decision but I know it is possible to get circumcised when you are older. All of my friends are cut and I'm wondering if there is any down side to doing it as an adult.

Not really any downside, but I'm not sure if there's much of an upside either. I've always been cut so I can't speak from experience, but I don't think it's really worth it at this point to get circumsized. Is there any particular reason you want it aside from all of your friends having it?

I had it done in feb last year no down sides I know of and with good doctors all safe and good result
I like it cleaner no tightness easier to pee and more easy to mess around with but you do need soft underwear or can hurt the rubbing

If there's a particular reason that you want to get it done then I say go for it. If it's not causing any problems or anything then I don't think it's really worth it.

I'm pretty sure it's very painful

It's not that painful, I got cut later in life, the worst thing is getting used to the senitivity, if you want to get used before that, you can wear your foreskin retracted parmanently, and after that it's not a big deal.

It isn't (based on my own experience). You just have to get used to it. Nevertheless, I wouldn't do it if there is no reason.

If you are doing it voluntarily out of personal preference, then you will probably be pleased with the outcome. If you are doing it only because all your friends are circumcised, I might think twice.

i have heard that you can get a little less sensitive when you are cut due to the permanent rubbing of the shorts on the penis... but i don't know for sure, i'm uncut and won't change anything about it :D

If you're doing it by choice can't you have them do a partial circumcision?

It was a bit tight when hard not too bad but no cream would solve it or stretching and It would get infected clean or dirt didn't matter as they said and I wanted it in the end even through I was against it in the past I thought it was good to end the endless infections that make it tighter from the skin tearing Good it has been being cut, far better for me anyway and I made them keep the frenulum which keeps a good blood flow and sensitivity :-) and it's clean and easy to manage and a lot better looking lol. I also did because of faith but as I was uncut up until 18 it was a choice in the end to prevent trouble.

That would look weird I think.

There was a men's forum where health and stuff was talked about it had a whole bunch of information on what it is like to get cut when older what to expect and what types of cuts there are but I can not recall where I saw that. most of the guys had to do it for health reasons.

Cuz I wanted to, it's much better, everything is better, I would never go back to having a foreskin (even if I had a chance)

I was done age 13 but not dos I wanted it , it was dos my hood was too tight. I recon if you want it done then you're gonna b happy. If you're doing it just to fit in then maybe it ain't worth risking. I'm happy with it now, it took a while but I'm used to it. I think there are pros and cons to both.
Just remember there is no going back.
