This was harder to answer than I expected because, for me at least, there wasn't a really obvious, sharp peak.

To use a mountain analagy it's like you walk up fairly steeply to what appears to be the peak but, when you get there, instead of immediately finding yourself going down the other side you find you're on a high plateau or ridge which appears horizontal.

So, for me 13 was getting towards the top of the slope - by then I was already masturbating three times most days and getting loads of erections but I think I got a little bit hornier still by 14. At 14, though I was on that high plateau and didn't really get any less horny at 15, or 16 etc.

Now I believe, for what I've read, that there is a decline with age though I don't know quite when it starts. To use the mountain analogy again I think it's like you walk on that plateau for 20 miles without ever being aware of going downhill and only when you look back do you see the peak is now above you and yes, you must have been going downhill but so imperceptably slowly you never noticed.
