I know many of you on here have to deal with getting boners in school and want to know how to stop it. One way I've heard is to flex one of your muscles. Your blood now has to flow to that muscle and away from your penis, causing the erection to go away. This won't stop the problem, it'll stop later on in puberty, but it certainly helps! I don't get spontaneous erections like I used to, but this definetly does the trick if one pops up.

I heard of the flexing muscle thing-I tried it
but didn't seem to work. Usually when I'm in
front of the class or other situation I usually
wear a long shirt out of my pants so it hides
something might pop up. We have a dress
code but it is more flexible so most of the
time I don't have any worries. If it is gym or
in the locker room I don't try to hide it.

Yeah, I tried the flexing the muscle thing. I guess it worked a little but I don't know if that was because of the blood flow or just thinking about something else. Usually, if I get a boner I don't want I just try to think of other weird stuff that doesn't turn me on at all and it will start to go away. The worst though is when it was also leaking in your underwear and leaves a little wet spot even after the boner went away.

I've used this trick for nearly all of my erections for a year now, really does work.

You know when you flex your arm to make your biceps bigger? That's all it is. You just have to do that in order to flex your muscle. You can do the same thing with just about any muscle but the arm is easiest.

I really don't know what Jay meant by flexing
a muscle at first but either it was like making a
bicep or flexing ur boner but I thought it couldn't
be flexing ur boner cause that would only make it
more obvious. Ive tried the bicep thing but it didn't
work for me. :what:

I read this post a few weeks ago before I joined VT and I must say it is great advice. I'm at the stage now where boners are constant and really annoying and soon we will be out of hoody season where I live. I have used this tip constantly at school and it does the trick. For a while there, I was even afraid to wear my under armor pants because boners are really easy to see with jogging pants, but now I'm confident enough to wear them again!
