I would also like to note that my Mayor of my city (Charlotte) Passed House Bill 2 (HB2) and it was brought up to the state of NC and voted against. Also, I would like to note us NC and Charlotte citizens had no say whatsoever in this Bill. Also, I would like to add that up North and in other states, there is no rule that says transgender persons can or cannot go in other bathrooms than their biological gender it's very ambiguous.

This is a good way to put it. Ironically, if someone is born a female, but transitions into a muscular man (look up Buck Angel), then he would be recognized as a "she" and have to use the women's restroom...but aren't they trying to prevent "he's" from going into the women's restroom in the first place?

I think the main part of the bill is also to allow companies to fire/not hire GLBT people based off the owner's religious preferences, but this bathroom stuff is what everyone seems to be talking about.
