Its called Smegma and is normal. Just make sure you clean it off well when you're in the shower and you're fine.

its not classed as unhygienic but its best to wash it off cause it's a hassle if it builds up.

'Dick cheese' will tend to grow in the area under the foreskin, right behind the head. In and of itself it is not bad news, but your penis will begin to smell bad if it is left for too long, so be clean.

I started seeing it when I began pulling my foreskin back, and I thought is was an STD, even though I had never had sex! If you have a shower jet, you can wash it off by pulling the foreskin back and giving the head a good rinse off.
