I'd guess that your voice might change to be higher and more feminine.
You'll develop boobs.
You might gain weight due to hormonal imbalance at the beginning.
You might get more touchy or annoyed or upset more quickly, also due to the hormones

Okay, so I have a few questions.

1. If you're starting hormones, your doctor should have gone over all of this with you. Did they not inform you of the physical effects?

2. Are you on testosterone blockers yet? That almost always happens before you actually start taking estrogen.

3. When are you due to start?

Splat said that "I'd guess that your voice might change to be higher and more feminine. " but that won't happen on estrogen. Your voice can keep deeper on testosterone but once the vocal cords have thickened, estrogen won't make your voice higher.

What will happen is your skin will clear up, you fat distribution will change, you face and body will soften, you will start to develop breasts, your sex drive will go down and you will be emotionally unstable, for a while. Just to name a few.
