Confuse about sexual meaning

I read many post here use word to describe sex orientation and not know all word mean can some please help?

I know 2 certain straight for most people attract opposite gender and homosexual people attract same gender. I see other word pan or bisex and not understand what mean. Can please help me to know this mean? I see other word also do not know but not recall them. Someone please list word with define for me? I much wonder this words. Thank yoy for kind help. :)

Hey and welcome to VT!

So I definitely don't know every single term out there (there's a lot) but you have straight and homosexual correct. Pansexual means you have an attraction toward all sexes/genders with no real preference, because you do not really see gender/sex. You're attracted to the person for who they are, not their genitals. Bisexuality means you're attracted to both males and females and identify the other as male and female. It's different from pan sexuality because you do see sex and gender. You just like them both. Usually with bisexuality people tend to lean a certain way and have a preference.

That's what I think. Anyone else correct me if I'm wrong please! Hope this helps.

Thanks for answering-I have heard it said on Tv and was wondering.
I'm just the opposite-I guess netro or retro or whatever sexual I am.
I'm confused enough other ways. I'm more of a rural WalMart sexual-

Behind that simple explanation, though, is something bigger, I think.

On the one hand it may be that some men do not enjoy those things and some do but I think this hints at the fact some men have always enjoyed these things but that prior to the rise of metrosexuality would have pretended not to so as to be seen as manly.

So to me it can mean a man who is sufficiently confident in himself that he is not conerned about how closely he matches traditional stereotypes of manliness and is content to be his true self.
