I didn't have any pubes until I was 14 tho I was in puberty. Yeh, I got called hairless. I'm not hairy at all which prob has something to do with it. I guess it's completely an individual thing. Don't worry, everything happens in time.

I only really started getting pubes down below maybe a year ago, but I was okay with being bald. I still only really have stubble down there, but it's spread out a lot more than it was and the hairs have started getting longer.

From what I hear, being hairy is a pain because you have to shave a lot.

Nope, closest is in PE where we get changed but everyone just strips down to their underwear, nobody actually gets naked.

Thing is, just ignore them, don't let them make you feel like your inadequate or something. You are who you are, be solid in that bro, cause we're all different, makes the world a more fun place.

i didn't really care until i had pubes. but when they started growing, i began comparing with friends and other guys who had more.

It has been a long time since puberty and I was a late bloomer. I also had to shower after gym with guys from 7 to grade 12. No one made fun or teased. I was more aware than the other guys. Fear not just relax you will be suprised it is really normal and all the guys have been through what you are going through. Things are different today but after talking to my son's they told me later it was not a issue.

I just turned 13 in march and I don't have any pubes. We do shower after PE at my school, and I'm in 7th grade and I'd say almost have of the guys have hair. No one teases about it at all, but some kids have gotten teased because they have really small dicks. I'm glad I'm not one of them!

I don't think you should let the expectations of others get you down about your body. For everyone that likes a bushy down below there are other who prefer a smooth shave.

I personally prefer the smooth look, but that's just me. There is nothing wrong or right about either preference. It's just a preference.

You can always remove hair, but you are powerless to add more so why fret? Plus, our bodies are in constant change, give it time and you will get more hair. :)

Ya, there is a kid in my grade who tried saying the same thing, except he still has a little kid dick. I think the dick starts growing before pubes do most of the time, at least that's how I've seen it. Still no hair for me, but at least my dick is getting big.

This. I was totally bald down there until 16 and yeah, it was pretty easy to see it was because I was not yet into puberty, and not because I was clean shaven. I didn't get a lot of comments about it, but I often had "poor guy" looks when changing at the PE course or showering after sports.

My balls started to grow age 12 or so but only them. Clear sign of puberty.
But neither my penis nor my pubes started to grow before I turned 14 almost.
I felt embarrassed because it looked super funny to me

I'm not at all bald now, but I was until 3 or 4 years ago. A friend of mine is an early bloomer and had a dense bush down there even then. I was never jealous.
And believe me, sometimes I wish I was still bald down there. This is usually after I shave. :yeah::lol:

Being bald down below is a choice for me, and many of my friends. At school and around friends, we show each other our pubes, or lack thereof, and that's it. Because the majority of guys here shave them all, no one gets teased unless they haven't started puberty yet.

My pubes started growing when i was 12+.
I was the youngest in my grade and most of my friends were older, had already hit puberty, infact one of them had had a full-blown bush since 5th grade.
Back then, I was unaware of any such things so I did not have a lot of problems, but a friend, who was an early bloomer boasted about his penis size and pubes.
I was never teased, mostly because no one knew that I didn't have pubes.
I have a LOT of pubes now, thankfully! :metal:

due to a hormone imbalance my pubes came in much later than my friends did, and i still don't have much so i shave. my doc says they may grow in more but not to count on it.

my friends tease a little but all in fun. other boys at school or guys in public showers never said anything but i see them looking all the time
