So I was looking through Facebook (as you do xD) and I came across an article about sleeping in the nude.
I'm not gonna lie. Although I already knew that sleeping nude was healthier than being wrapped up in a bunch of clothing, I have always felt the need to wear joggers and T-shirt (colder seasons) or a bra and (board) shorts (in warmer seasons).

The article does mention mostly about couples, but I did find it interesting and I might give it a go.
