The prospect of sitting an exam certainly doesn't make me more horny. On the other hand masturbating can releive mild to moderate stress so doing it probably helps. If you get severely stressed you probably won't feel like doing it anyway.

Personally I haven't really changed masturbation habits for exams. I get horny and I enjoy doing it whether I have exams or not. As people have said you need to make sure you leave time for revision but again that's the same as at other times - you want to spend enough time on masturbation to really enjoy it but not so much that other parts of your life are neglected.

Exam season is probably too late to hear that revision is no substitute for having studied throughout the year but it's true. If you put the work in to understand the material when it was first introduced revision is just that - revisiting each topic to remind yourself. You should make sure you do re-visit each topic systematically but you shouldn't have to give up every fun thing in order to find enough time.

Masturbation may aid in relaxation. It could be used as a tool (ex. If I do this much revision/work, I can masturbate). It is also just good for pleasure. During exam times, I am more focused on the work at hand, but that's me being pedantic and I do try to masturbate, so I am not so horny that I get distracted from everything.
