Approaching and talking to someone who I like.

There's a girl that knows me, but we've never talked or anything, I know it sounds strange but I'm naturally attracted to her and I'd love to approach her and strike up a conversation, however there's a few flaws, I suck at socializing, I'm bad at striking up interesting conversations with strangers and she's always with her friends and not in any of my classes. Should I accept the fact and move on? Thanks

Madly is right. Just try saying hi to her. You'll never know if you don't at least give it shot. It can be the scariest thing in the world, but it's only your nerves. If you don't know what to start a conversation about, just start by saying hi. You don't always need to know somebody well to start a conversation with them or to ask them on a date.

Go for it, get talking ad see where it goes. If nothing more becomes of it apart from more conversations then you have still got a new friend. It is easy to say just go for it but seriously, I didn't and one of my mates got her instead.
