I don't think there's anything wrong with what you're thinking, but you have to be honest with yourself that if you're jacking off to the thought of your friend naked, then you could be bi. Being bi is not a bad thing, but you have to look at your feelings and really ask yourself how you feel towards your friend.

I would take things slow with your friend especially getting naked with him. I guess you could test the waters by asking him if he's comfortable being naked around other guys. If he gets tense or gets upset, then that is a sign right away that you should not try to be more than a friend with him.
