I must admit I have not had someone sleep over but I have been camping where a bunch of us have been in the same tent and generally we still j/o last thing at night just as we would at home. Generally each guy would do it inside his sleeping bag so you're not seeing the details of the other guys, though obviously you know what you're each doing.
