So I'm currently 14 and a half, the size of my balls are 5cmx1.5cmx2cm as in length, width and height.
The other problem is that I have varicocele, and I was told my my doctor. My left testicles hurt a bit before, but not now anymore. When I try to masturbate, I only have a bit of pre-cum. I never masturbated in a long time, so I don't know if I have cum or not. Please help!

Your testicle size is normal, and I would not worry about that.
Varicoceles can be complicated problems depending on what your doctor has said. Especially if your blood vessels down there are kind of messed up due to varicoceles, then it is completely understandable why you are not making cum/sperm and are only getting pre-cum. I would say the fact you do not have pain anymore on your left testicle is a good sign, but you should follow up with your doctor about your testicle to make sure everything is developing normally.
I am guessing your right testicle is fine because you did not mention having problem on it. Many guys start cumming around your age, and there are guys who go as late as 15/16 before they have their first cum. The fact you're making pre-cum means that you are probably going to have your first cum sooner rather than later. When did you first start making pre-cum?
You're probably an 8th grader or freshman in high school, and most guys your age are small. I would not worry, and chances are by sophomore year you will catch up with everyone else including the ability to make cum.
As long as you are having an orgasm when you jack off, then you're fine. Just keep an eye on your left testicle and follow up with your doctor if things down there are not all right.

Thank you so much! That makes me feel better.
I remember I started having pre-cum since my late 13's
A 14 year old at 8th grade! That's crazy! I'm actually in 10th grade since I skipped a year, so I should be in 9th grade, also, I am kind of small compared to my other friends and classmates, but I'm not the "smallest" haha

Because you skipped a grade there is no question you going to be the smallest because kids are literally are one year ahead of you with everything. The tough thing with skipping a grade is that oftentimes you will be compared to others in your class when in reality a fair comparison would be with the freshman/9th graders some of whom I am sure are smaller than you or are at least your size and are in the same development position. Compare apples with apples and not apples with oranges.
Honestly, do not worry about your outward size, and if you are not the "smallest," then you have nothing to worry about. You'll catch up by either junior or senior year which would have been sophomore or junior year had you not skipped a grade. Guys like you always catch up, and just do your part by eating rightly, keeping active, and staying away from things like alcohol, drugs, and tobacco all of which are terrible for folks in puberty. I am sure you are very average for a freshman/9th grader because that is the group you need to look at because you skipped a grade.
At least you're making pre-cum which means you're gearing up for your ejaculation. Unless you're in a hurry to get someone pregnant, then I would enjoy not having to clean up the mess. You're pretty normal for your age, and things will work out.
