Hey, recently i was playing games at school with a tennis ball and before a soccer ball, and some days, a baseball. I'm in 8th grade, so sometimes we will try to see how far we can throw a baseball/tennis ball and some guys can throw it super far and then when i try, i cant throw at all. i try and throw with all my strength and it wont go far unlike how other guys throw it. and im just weak? is it puberty? will i get stronger or something?

for puberty, i have a good amount of pubes, leg hair is like 1-1.5 cm, for meh mustache, think of 2 tiny ones combined...

any advice?

Many things in sport are as much about technique as they are strength. Throwing a ball far certainly requires good technique.

I agree with Hermes above about
technique but u have a lot to grow yet
in puberty with hormones giving u more
muscles and strength. I would say if u r
interested in sports keep practicing and
even work out if u can and give it time.
I was weak at 13 with little muscles. By
the time I was 14 my arm muscles grew
hard and my chest broadened and my abs
gained form. It was quite a difference.

Try working out or playing a sport, usually practice helps.:)

Yeah for example I bench (215) more than our QB (185ish) but he can probably easily throw it 2.5 times further than I can.

I don't think puberty has anything to do with it. Just try working out to get more muscle or something.

i'd say lift weights or something, puberty helps but doesn't contribute to the whole equation
