Almost Caught by Mom

So basically last night i couldn't sleep and got a sudden urge/rush to m-bate. Needless to say i made a bit too much noise (bed is creaky sometimes if it gets intense) and my mom knocked at the door and ask if "everything was ok in there". I don't think she knows what was going on but not sure lol.

Anyways does anyone have any good tips on how to be more "stealthy"??

and do you normally plan in case you might get walked in on or caught.?..like last night it was good that i kept a blanket near by to throw over me.
