No, being gay is more of a romantic attraction rather than sexual (although sexual attraction is a big part of it) this is relevant because when you are in puberty your hormones can affect your judgement and you may have spells of liking gay bi or trans porn etc.

I really don't think you can call yourself out on your sexuality based on the porn you watch.
I have never watched tranny porn, but that's just me. That's never hit me as something I'd personally like. Also, watching gay (or lesbian [or bi]) porn, does not mean you are lesbian, gay, or bi.

If you're going to watch it, then watch it.
Leave your sexuality up to the things you end up doing with actual people when that time comes (don't rush it).
