I believe the correct way is to measure from top. To be even more accurate, gently push the ruler into your stomach and this will give you your bone-pressed length

The correct way is to measure from the top. There are arguments as to if you should push into your pubic bone but I think most people agree that the right way to measure is at the top of the penis.

Actually it depends if you have a curve left or right measure from the sides if it curves upwards downwards measure from the top if no curve measure top or sides.

Right way is on the top! If I measure on the side or bottom, I have a much bigger dick, so that's the measurement I boast about to my friends. Sadly, I've got (almost) a four incher when I measure the right way.

you measure from the bottom to the top. you start where your penis "starts" at your stomach and then measure from there
