6Inches is the normal size for a fully developed guy. If you just started puberty then you'll probably get bigger. If you started younger then you're probably at your full size right now

My pubic hair started growing maybe a year ago. I have some armpit hair that started like half a year ago but not that much.

Everyone develops at different times. I turn 15 in May and I'm just starting to get a couple strands of armpit hair one of my friends is 16 and he still has no armpit hair and my cousin just turned thirteen and he already has some hair under both arms and his dick is a little over 5 inches

If you're measuring right it's really big for your age group, so you don't have to worry about anything. When I was 14 I was maybe 5.5" hard but no bigger.

that's already above the average of grown men. when i was 13, my penis was at least one inch short than now (maybe 4 inches then) and also thinner.

You have hit the average adult length, so that's cool. Your dick will still grow, about an 0.5 inches or an inch.
