Hi mate, I'd not worry about that. If you read through the forum, many guys just dribble, while others do shoot. Even within these groups, some do more or less of it, than others. As Jay21 said, some people just develop that ability with time:

Personally, it was just dribbles when I was about 13, then I could shoot regularly, a year or two down the track from when I started. You're still young and have plenty of time - given your age, you're certainly in a phase where you'd have time to grow yet. The important thing is that you're maturing as expected and producing ejaculate. Just go with the flow mate!

For me in varies and, in my experience, when my cum is really thick it doesn't tend to shoot and I think it's purely down to viscosity. If you were to put porridge or rice pudding in a teapot or a jug with a narrow spout it wouldn't come out with as much force as water did.

For me the times it does shoot are when I have spend a long time highly aroused before cumming, especially if I get close a few times and then back off before finally letting myself cum. Those orgasms are really intense and the contractions seem stronger so I'm sure that part of it but also my cum then seems to be thinner and I am sure that helps too.

Some people report success with abstaining for a few days but that doesn't work for me unless I combine it with stop & go (as above) as longer abstinence makes my cum thicker.

I think surveys here, or indeed elsewhere on the Internet suffer from something called "self selection bias". In other words those people most likely to answer a poll about shooting are those most interested in it and, in particular, those who enjoy doing it and, in the associated discussion, who is going to post their own comments where people are boasting about how far they can shoot? It isn't going to be someone saying "actually, I dribble".

Interestingly Kinsey (the sex researcher) found the opposite - that dribbling was the most common way to ejaculate. Assuming other people's ejaculation distance is sensitive to level of arousal just like mine, that may not be completely accurate either. He would get more distance from most guys if the research assistant was young, female and sexy than if the assistant a grey haired man in a white coat. I can't imagine I'd ever shoot in my doctor's office.

Yes, if you kept that pace from start to finish. If you take a short break whenever you get close, though, it can work.

It depends, some guys shoot and other guys dribble. although I hear that exercising your PC muscle can improve that. I personally do kegels because they can be done anywhere, even in a classroom. Just take note that you shouldn't overdo it, as with any exercise.
