This is kinda weird but I'm curious about what you all think.
What is it about a person that makes their face so innocent?
People tell me I look innocent. I now look at others to see the difference between an innocent face verses regular.
I don't spot it often, but I have seen it and they really do stand out from the others. I'm not sure what it is about them but its all ages.
So what is it? Do you find it to be a negative trait?
Is it maybe a shyness thing? Eye color? What?
Just curious because now I feel insecure about it.

Usually when I look for someone with a innocent face i usually look for shy eyes and the nose. Mainly the nose. If the nose really projects out it kind gives them that haughty and prideful look.
I'm being really bias here, but I don't usually use this method to judge people.

On a pure non-physical innocent look, innocent = a clueless expression or mental ignorance.
It's one of those contextual things where you can take it as a compliment or an insult.
It's also a fetish thing I think. The appeal of "the innocent look".

The innocent look comes from a few factors:
A look of happiness
A look of childishness
Smooth, clear face
Hair done to be pretty (old-fashioned, not modern to be sexy, hot, or whatever)
It's hard to explain, but you can tell if somebody's a punk, if somebody's a prostitute, if somebody's a politician just by the way they dress and look.

There's a saying, watch out for those shy innocent girls, they are usually the naughtiest haha! Speaking for myself, I agree! :yummy:

The more I think about it, the more I think it's all in the eyes and possibly personality. I could dress any way, and style my hair any way and still have this look about me. It's not something that can be changed I don't think.

Girls with innocent faces look cute and might sound calm I must say. But still, never judge a book by it's cover.
My ex looks so innocent but she's the kind of person that likes to do insane shit and unthinkable things.

Did someone call you or place you in the "innocent" camp in RL? Is that why your asking what it means?

One of my close friends looks and is very innocent. She has clear skin with also quite chubby cheeks, so quite child-like. She doesn't wear a lot of makeup, it's very neutral. She leaves her hair natural (doesn't straighten it etc). It also can be seen through they way someone carries themselves and their body language.

Yes a few have said that to me. I'm not sure if they were teasing or why they said that.

If I see someone with an innocent or naughty face, I can usuall just pick up on a vibe.
I know a very spiritual man who can sense fear, anger or even hunger. People naturally give off vibes. Animals can really pick up on them but humans can too. According to this guy, the more you detach yourself from material items, the better you are at reading emotions. So basically, I think it's just a vibe someone gives off and you can sort of read them—but not always.

I thinks its the soft features...From my experience...I was skinny as hell and had a kinda triangular small kid face...But recently I've filled out a bit and my cheeks are slightly fuller and my face is bit rounder now....
Few girls I know noted my change and called me cute and innocent looking now...I think it got to be the way my fuller cheeks make my smile look softer...

I think your right from a visual, almost artistic standpoint.
When you think of artwork of people, photography of people and the expression we as a society interpret meaning into, I think the same brain process is happening when we see people's faces or looks.
As shallow as that sounds, I suspect it's often wrong, but it envokes a sense of trust or not to trust the person.

Whomever said that might've been flirting with you.
But depending on who said it and how it was said it might be a snide comment.

It's all in the eyes, apparently. I'm told I look "jaded."
