Why does the vagina sometimes have white creamy stuff and other times it's clear? Is this normal?

A quick Google search will ellucidate the reasons in more detail, but for the most part it is normal. If there is a bad smell accompanying it I've heard that can be the sign of a yeast infection, or something else that would need treated.
