Hi um what does it mean when you have hair growing down from your belly button? I think its called a treasure trail or happy trail etc. is it a good thing to have because ive never known what it is or what it meant :/

It's just hair that grows from your belly button to your pubes. Some people don't get on until later on in puberty, and some early. It doesn't really matter if you have one or not tbh

It really means nothing, all guys will get one eventually. Some people like it while others don't, so you can choose whether to keep it or not

Some people see it as a pointer to the public region. The other significant thing about it is that it may be exposed in situations where exposing pubes would not be acceptable. As such it can have the effect of advertising that you are either going through puberty or have finished. That in itself may make people feel uncomfortable but there comes a time when you have to start presenting yourself to the world as a man rather than a little boy. Trying to keep development a secret is a loosing battle - not just all the places hair grows but voice, shoulders, muscles etc.

Yup your thoughts are right on it. I find it depends really a lot on the guy, some have it some don't, but it's definitely normal to have one.

It's usually a late stage in puberty thing. I think it's really hot but some guys don't. I keep mine since it turns me on haha

i have a really good thick pube bush but no treasure trail. its just more hair that grows from ur belly button to ur pubes. depends how hairy ur gunna be as an adult i think...

It's just hair from your pubes to your belly button, nothing special, but you will eventually get one

its not a bad thing by any means. some guys even get whats called a "rug" where theres hair all over their stomach
