Long story short: I know why they call crushes crushes.

Long story long: I fell in like with a kid at school (Let's call him L). L saw me texting a friend of mine (Let's call her N). Now N knows I like L, we're best friends so of course I've told her. L sees me texting N, asks for her kik (which I proceed to give because why not?) and starts fucking around with her. We giggle because she's confused as fuck of who's texting her then when I tell her she's like oh ok. A few weeks pass and whatever and L asks again for N's kik (he got a new one because he got a new phone so whatever.) Again, I proceed to give it to him. A day passes (so yesterday to today) and L starts texting me in class.

L: look how cute she is
L: is she bi sexual?
L: so I can have her
L: and fuck her
L: hopefully

Me: that's nice?

In general he's always making dirty jokes but honestly, I don't even care if he's joking this time or not. N has a "boyfriend" currently, so it's not like I'm worried or jealous theyre gonna date. It just really fucking sucks that I start liking someone and they say shit like that 1. About my best friend and 2. About someone he's never even met (he only has her kik, never met her before). I'm coming to really fucking hate myself for liking this kid, fully knowing that there was a 99% chance of him not liking me back (the other 1% being me not liking him anymore so it wouldn't matter). Of course he doesn't know I like him, so I don't blame him for saying something like that about another girl, but seriously?

God damn crushes suck. I really don't care for writing threads about myself or my personal life but fuck it.

Ehh, kinda seems like a fuckboy. What he said about your friend is super gross and kinda sexist and super objectifying of women. Like..... idk I wouldn't be cool with it if some dude said that about one of my female friends, even though I'm straight and obviously wouldn't have feelings for him. Do you really wanna date a dude who acts so crudely and disrespectfully towards your friend?

I'm sorry, yeah he's obviously only sex minded and very unaware of what he should be saying. What he said was v uncalled for and upsetting. Do you still like him even after that?

He seems like a man whore/fuckboy honestly, and it does suck that you like him. Also, that's the worstworst way to speak about a girl or woman, hes literally treating her like a sex object in my opinion. I'm the same age as you and tbh, who cares about him. Getting over him can be hard, but I've gotten over so many guys by 1.picking out their flaws (not physical, and yes I know it's not the best way but it works for me) and 2. Engaging yourself with other guys and getting to know them, even just as friends. Surrounding yourself with great people effects your happiness and will eventually cause you to forget about L. L sounds like that guy you wouldn't want to be around.
