what do you guys think of it? like games and everything
I want to get it but im not sure cause I heard of the malfunctions
and what about the xbox 1? which one would you rather get?

There's a clear reason why I'm not going next-gen, I don't fear any possible malfunctions, I fear corporate greed and (for now) a lack of a solid game library, because backwards compatibility was disabled. So I'd rather get the WiiU as of right now. If we have to debate PS4 vs Xbox One then I'd actually just say fuck it and not buy any, because while I am more fond of the Xbox One exclusives Sony does seem friendlier, so time will determine things.

I'd rather go for the PS4 than the Xbox One, but I think that waiting for prices to decrease, specs get better and a more extensive library for at least an year would be a wiser choice.

I would normally wait at least a year as well to make sure that most issues are fixed and that there is at least a few worthy true next gen games (not last gen also relased on next gen, like most games now).

That's last gen. True that it's a first for Nintendo games in HD and no PS4/XB1 games has me more excited than "Zelda U".

The Piss Poor and Xbone are both pathetic consoles that have lost sight of what a games console if actually used for, playing games in your home without having to worry about stuff like system specs, corrupt files etc. Instead they're focused on cheap gimmicks and networking capability. This console generation sucks, the Xbox 360 and Ps3 worked absolutely fine and didn't require a huge amount of dicking about.

I have to agree that in their quest for cramming the most features and fonctions in the consoles they are somewhat loosing the essential but that actually already began with the previous generation (hyping the PS3 for it's Blu-ray player).

I have a PS4 but I won't feel right playing it until there is a version of LittleBigPlanet available for it because I've been playing this game for so long and even though I stop playing it I keep going back to it. Not a big fan of CoD/FiFa and that's all I have for it right now so I just use the PS4 for Youtube/Netflix and the PS3 for everything else :yeah: Games that require a lot of strategy and skill bore me because I'm more of a casual gamer :yawn:

Well i do own a PS4 and i tell you, the games load up reaaally quickly and it has a lot of potential, i think owning a console is a great alternative for playing if you dont want to worry about upgrading your PC constantly, the only downside on the PS4 i see is the games, since the PS4 is a "new" console the ammount of games isnt big at all, but lets hope it gets bigger and bigger with the years.
