That's normal. For me it started clear and not much of it and then gradually got more and some white bits started to appear. As time went on more of it became white and the quantuty continued to increase to the point where it is now plentiful, consistently white and creamy.

On the question of whether there are any sperm in it JANCZEWSKI and BABLOK published a scientific study. You could Google that if you want the detail but to summarise when first starting to ejaculate there are few if any sperm and over about the next two years the number and quality gradually increase so that by the end of the two years you should be just as fertile as an adult man.

Interesting as this may be it doesn't really have any practical value. The number of sperm doesn't make any different to pleasure. When you get to the point of starting to have sex it is safest to assume you are fertile and, if you are not ready to be a father, take the necessary precautions and if and when you are ready you'll almost certainly be able to.
