When manscaping, I usually shave the hair down a little bit and shave the rest to keep it looking as nice as I can possibly get it but it never really goes completely smooth and there is always some stubble left and visible. My hair grows back really fast also, and I have a lot of it, and was wondering if you guys have any other methods or tips to try and get things smooth with less stubble. Please note that I am not trying to completely shave everything down there

I would recommend just trimming and keeping it low.

I'd recommend just shaving it all. Just keep the area moisturized at first it's itchy but its easier going for a full shave

You could consider sugaring. It is like waxing but more suitable for sensitive areas.
I do it on my balls an trim my pubes.

You could take a comb and comb it where your pubes are poking through and trim with sharp scissors then just shave you balls it makes it look really neat

I usually just trim mine and keep it low because when I shave it all it gets really irritated

when I trim I use electric clippers and it gets things pretty close, but when I shave I use the Neet bikini hair removal cream and it leaves no stubble at all and things are nice and smooth.

Well.
I think I agree with Sheriff McGregor. It really is best to just keep it trimmed down as far as possible if that's what you're going for. It gets risky when a die-hard razor gets involved. As far as vast quantity of fast growing stubble, I get you there. Perhaps just trim down extensively every time you shave your face/go about your normal routine. Or do it just before a shower to be sure you're devoid of clippings. (If that matters to you. I just know if there are any clippings left that I missed, they irritate the crap out of me. The shower is just insurance.)

Get one of these! It will get pretty close, but not like shaving where you worry about red bumps from regrowth. I use mine 2 or 3 times a week.

Just trim it down first then shave with shaving cream and a fresh razor, apply mosturiser afterwards to reduce irritation and ingrown hairs. My hair grows really quickly too, I just shave my whole body twice a week to stay smooth, if you're not that bothered once a week is fine.
