If you don't know.. my mom passed away a month ago. It was really hard on my family spiritually and financially. My mom didn't have life insurance so my great aunt (on my mom's side) was generous enough to create a fundraiser for it. Thanks to my wonderful friends and family, we raised all the money for the costs. My grandma (on my dad's side) paid it in advance.
Now.. Here's where the situation goes badly. That "generous great aunt" created a FAKE fundraiser and refuses to give us the money. She has made several excuses. This isn't the first time she has done something like this. She stole all the money in my great grandmas Will a few years back even though some of my family was promised the money as well.
Given what happened.. I've decided to end my relationship with her...
Edit: Nevermind. I was being a pessimistic pain in the butt again. I got it resolved. I'm just gonna ignore it and move on. Too much good things in life to be stressing over this.
