This might sound weird but I have noticed that when I wear gym shorts I tend to have a smell coming from my crotch. I bathe everyday, so what else could I do to get rid of it?

Where about down there is coming from? If it's safe, try spraying deodorant.

Are the gym shorts clean? Is the smell there when you wear other kinds of shorts or pants?

After u wash and dry down there sprinkle
some baby powder or Gold Bond powder.
Also there is a Gold Bond body spray.

Wash your clothes or wear new clothes each day. Also, using baby powder after gym or even better cornstarch could help. You might try spray deodorant but that'll only mask the smell and not fix it.

Maybe you could look for a different kind of cleaner/soap. Maybe there is something stronger available. Or if it keeps up and you don't know why, perhaps you should see your doctor.

U know how our pits have an odor when we
started puberty so does our junk. The releasing
of hormones of what we r going through right
now causes us to have a whole body odor. Its
a natural teenage odor. If it is not the changing
and washing of ur clothes everyday then u should
get a good body wash and then use the powder if
u say it is very noticeable.

If you're uncut, one explanation might be you're not washing enough under the foreskin. If that's the case just use a little bit of soap and wash it every day. Otherwise I would say it's normal for it to smell like that.

It could also be that your shorts have a mildew odor. After they are washed they dont smell but after you have them on and you sweat the odor gets activated. So yes your crotch will smell. Same thing happened to me with my gym shorts and t shirt. My mom had to wash them in vinegar and hot water then soap. That cured the smell.

Sounds like it's just the smell of sweat, and the body odor from that area. I guess the best way to get rid of it would simply be to shower after you sweat a lot.

I have the same deal that you, I found that are my balls when sweet smell alot after work out, just take a shower after gym and wash you boxers and shorts
