At 14-16 years old, hormones go crazy af so the chances are it's nothing and your body is just being crazy so leav it for a bit but if you genuinely think that you need to break up then do it because there is nothing worse than a bad relationship.

You're fighting with her and you can't trust her enough to tell her how you feel. It doesn't sound like a stable relationship in my opinion.

I would try to change the mentality when you aren't talking to her. May text her and say that you miss her. Make her a bigger priority. If things don't change, just tell her things aren't working out
