Yeah it's completely normal, and yeah that stuff has sperm in it so it could get you pregnant if it got into your vagina. The amount I believe differs from person to person.

Its normal for sure. From what i know pre-cum for boys usually comes out moments/when he is going to come very shortly. Its the bodies natural way of lubrication i think for guys so that the penis can go into the vag more easily. Umm i think it could def get you pregneant if it enters you cuz i am sure pre-cum carries a bit of sperm in it....even tho it isnt full on orgasm cum. I am not sure what the normal amount is... yes, pre-cum is deff normal, the amount varies of course, some guys more and some less. I learned in health class that its loaded with sperm, more than an equal volume of semen so you fer sure need to be careful cuz you can get preggers because of it.
