First, though masturbation is healthy, I dont think it is healthy when done for hours straight.

But, I am no expert or anything but I would suspect that your balls could hurt from masturbating for such an extended period of time.

If its you first year masturbating it will feel different until your body becomes used to it. Now if you were masturbating for like 3 hours until you come it probaboly would hurt because of the built up expectation. If you've been coming like 3 times within those 3 hours then it would hurt because your not made to go back to back to back like that.

Thats probably becuase your balls were streched out or large before and when you came it released all of t he cum so therefore the big change may cause some pain.
