Talking to girls

Hey guys. I'm new around here, and am looking for advice :D

Basically there's this girl who I kinda like, but when I go up to her I say "hey (name)" and that's like it. I have no clue what to say after that.

I'm stuck there unsure what to talk about.. I don't want to come across boring and be like "wow the grass is looking green today isn't it"

Girls are people too! Really, try the same chat as a guy (except sports, p101 and videogames). If you can keep a humorous conversation about the green grass, go for it! Don't barrage them with compliments, be respectful.

Just be yourself. Girls love a confident guy who can talk about anything and not be nervous. Who knows maybe she likes video games and things you do. Just take a deep breathe then go talk to her.

Perhaps, try talking to her on the line first. Facebook her, go on Instagram and slide in her DM's etc. It might make talking to her in person easier

Oh, girls don't talk to each other. We screech at each other and dig our talons into the dirt like velociraptors. To prove yourself to a girl, you must stick your hands in to your shirt to impersonate the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex, buy a drink (also smoothly taking your wallet out of your pocket without stumbling over your tiny hands), and then you can talk to us.

I have many problems with talking to girls too.

If there is a girl I don't know I cant talk to her. I want to speak to her but I don't do it. I don't dare to do it.

On the other hand I can talk with some girls very well because I know them and I have contact with them.

starting with talking about maybe if there was homework last night (even though you may have known) could be a good way to start.

It honestly comes naturally when talking. Don't worry about being nervous either.

Most of us aren't that scary really (I hope). I like it when a guy comes up to talk to me. Even if I'm not interested in him I would always try to be nice.

Just be yourself. Girls are feeling the same sometimes and not be nervous. Just go talk to her
