You weren't completely circumcised at birth but, part of your foreskin was removed. You should have some foreskin there but not as much as uncircumcised men

But what does that mean? My forskin doesn't cover 100% of my penis only the bottom of the head.

It means that it doesn't cover 100% of your penis only the bottom of the head. You are born with foreskin covering the entire head, everyone is. You were partially circumcised or "half cut," therefore, part of the foreskin was removed but not all of it. You still have foreskin left, covering the bottom of the head, but it doesn't cover the entire head.

Sheriff is right because I have a little cousin who is half uncut.

Yup. Only a bit of your foreskin was cut off at birth so you're not fully cut nor uncut.

Maybe I'm not getting something here but can anyone explain to me why the doctors would only "half" circumcise your penis unless there is a medical reason for doing it? What good does that do?

*cough for correction*
Your cousin is intact. He is not circumcised. He has a short foreskin. Not everyone who has foreskin has the same amount of foreskin.

Anyone else find it a little odd that heresjohnny knows Sheriff's cousin's foreskin status?

I should have said he has a very loose circumcision. :yeah:

I heard that sometimes, only a small amount of foreskin is cut, fewer than a loose circumcision. Either are you cut partly or very loosly.

I don't know either of them, but just trying to give him a better wording. "Half uncut" seemed a bit confusing from a grammatical standpoint.

Yeah, that makes grammar sense. Sadly, what happens in a lot of cases is the parents request a circumcision and the doctors deliver it. What they do is a loose circumcision, so there's still enough skin to accommodate the erection. What happens is the baby still looks intact and the parents freak out and order a second circumcision.

it means you're inbetween being uncircumcised and being circumcised. You still have some foreskin because some of it was cut, but you don't have as much foreskin as someone who is uncut.
