dry penis - help!!!

I got circumcised as an young adult and never had any complains. I liked my bare knob. Last spring I had to take antibiotics for several weeks and my penis got really sore. My urologist told me to apply baby oil several times a day. It worked well and I felt good again.
Several weeks ago it started acing again. I got tested for std, and it turned out negative. I am now using baby oil again, but it doesn't really help much.

Does anyone have similar experience? What did you do?

Buy some Vitamin E capsules those that have a liquid
center and cut or break carefully the capsule and rub
the liquid on ur glans and this should work. I have used
it on my nipples cause they get sore and dry from rubbing
against my shirts.

Baby oil typically does not absorb, thus, not giving the hydration your penis needs. Baby oil does the opposite, so I wouldn't use it. Do not use vaseline either.

Drinks lots of water. As said above, Vitamin E works best. You can find creams that contain Vitamin E at your nearest pharmacy or doctor.

Honestly, you cant really do anything. Because for circumsized dick, the glans is exposed. Unlike uncircumsized, its fully covered by the foreskin. Mine isnt that dry but I could see wrinkles on it. Sad but true. :(
