Quick question, I was just wondering how many guys like me don't like to use urinals and why?

I feel like people think I'm weird for not using them lol but I feel uncomfortable the times I've had to use them

I don't really like using them. Up until high school, I refused to use one. Now I can use them but will feel very awkward. Like anything, it takes time and the more you do it the easier it gets

I don't use urinals unless I have to. I get shy using them. However I do find it funny that with the metal trough ones it's ok for men to be able for others to see but you wouldn't find a women's toilet without walls and doors

Ha! I once saw a video about that rule and some strange quiz about which is the right one to use when various combinations of them are in use.

I wonder how people have such different comfort levels. I guess part of it can be other guys checking you out but I don't let that bother me - as long as the other guy doesn't shout out his assessment of my penis it doesn't really do any harm.

I guess that's also the fact you're pissing and maybe consider that to be a private thing. I think this is all about the attitudes you have been exposed to. Going hiking and camping I'm used to the idea that if you need to piss you just turn off the track or duck behind a tree and let loose. I also went to a music festival where as the guys were using the urinals girls/women would come into the guys toilet to use the stalls. The organisers were cheap and the toilet provision for the girls was inadequate, as it is at many public events, with long queues. It was slightly weird to start with but you get used to things.

Yeah haha I usually leave at least one urinal between me and the next guy, I don't know why but I get really nervous when a guy uses the one right next to me and I just stand there trying to pee but can't. That's probably just me :eek:

Agree, urinals are so fast and simple! Disagree with other part, I'm definitely proud but peeing in urinals are not the place to shoe off and not the place to look at other guys dicks! Don't feel it happens much in school, I think guys would be nervous to get caught. I don't like it when guys my age peek over, but it's not crazy bad. What I HATE is old guys doing it! It's creepy af!!! Happens from time to time. Last 2 days 3 old dudes and one little kid were peeking. One old dude in particular and I wanted to say something and/or kick his ass. Its been 2 days and it still gives me chills. Peeking is expected in showers but IMO urinals are for peeing and getting out quick ... no free looks dudes!

My sentiments exactly. It's so much easier to walk to the urinal, take a whiz, and be done with it. Some of them have the infrared sensors and flush automatically, all very convenient.:yeah:

I like using urinals because they are way more convenient than a toilet. I only have problems to pee when there is somebody next to me. It´s strange. I urgently need to pee, but it is really hard to get relaxed enough to let it flow. It is somehow like a blockade. I try to think about something else, but it still takes quite some time till I am able to pee. I always wonder what the boy or guy next to me might think, why I am standing there so long without peeing. It is aways a relief when the flow finally sets in, and then I can pee without any problems. Dunno why this happens all the time?

I was using a urinal once and a bunch of girls came in because the women's washroom had some sink or toilet overflow. Not only that, but Murphy's Law kicked in, and I was shaking off just as one of them came around the corner.:eek:

The last time I remember using a urinal was when I was a child. Ugh idk urinals make me nervous. Tbh, I'm just afraid of tough straight guys in my school in general and there is a lot of them. So I either avoid the bathroom all day, or if I really have to go, I use a stall.

Certainly I prefer to take a dump at home where at least I know things are clean. I don't mean the toilet bowl specifically, after all I'm about to shit in that, but the seat, the floor (which my trousers may well touch and I don't want them sitting in piss where someone didn't aim properly) the taps at the sink etc. I also very much prefer it when previous users have not wiped shit on the walls which I have seen on a few occasions at public toilets.

But my question for you guys is ... if you notice someone checking out your dick while you pee, do you say anything??? I've been so close to saying something but ultimately feel it's not worth it. If it's someone I know then I really don't care cuz it's extremely rare and know they're just curious. I get pee shy a lot at urinals. Although I realized that I go through phases. Like I can go through a long time where I basically can't go at a public restroom if there's someone else at a urinal. I think any kind of nervousness or random thoughts can make you pee shy. I try my best to just think "OK PEE" when I go, haha. It somehow kinda works for me. I used the stalls and peed sitting down since I was potty trained, and did so until shortly after I entered high school. Around that time, I saw that most other boys peed standing up and used urinals, so I started o do the same. At first, I had difficulty getting my pee to come out, but I got used to it eventually. I don't believe in the "one empty urinal" rule; I think it's just superstitious.

Nothing weird because of it at all. I NEVER use urinals and have always hated it. I get anxiety if i'm in a stall and somebody else is in the bathroom in public because it just seems awkward if they can hear you pee. I pee fine at home though lol.

If there were a guy that liked to use a stall instead, honestly I probably wouldn't even notice. And if I did notice, I wouldn't care because it doesn't effect me any and he should do whatever makes him comfortable.

I can't imagine why someone would judge you/think you are weird for doing what you want to do.
