Running Shorts

Thinking of starting a running routine, anyone have advice on type of shorts might be best? Also, don't they have running skirts?

I am not an experienced runner (anymore) but I would recommend to buy something that doesn't rub too much. I mean when you run and your legs get sweaty and rub against each other the entire time you could get a rash or an infection (I think). ***I am not an expert but this is what I was told

lulu lemon is where i get most of my running/exercise wear. they have all sorts of variety and material...shorts, skirts, pants, leggings...all kinds of stuff.

Running skirts are just spandex shorts with an extra layer of skirt over it, mostly for modesty reasons.

Are you wanting a running skirt for comfort or modesty mainly?
