I am not surprised to hear that. I usually do "stop & go" where you get close to cumming without going over the point of no return, relax for a very short while and then repeat but if I was to go ahead and cum as soon as I got near the first time that would definitely be sooner if it has been longer since my previous ejaculation.

I think you are referring to "premature ejaculation". It is not a disease as such, its the name given to cumming sooner than you want to in a way that means sex is a bit of an anti-climax. It's been the subject of bit of humour - see the song "jizz in my pants".

I'd say don't worry about it. Unless you are intending to have sex very soon you have a while to "practice" and get used to all the sensations and I think you'll find, over time, you start to last longer.

If you were unfortunately enough to have the problem the first time you have sex, if you've chosen someone who loves you rather than a one night stand then she'll be patient and, over time, as the novelty wears off the situation, you should last longer.

How old are you? When I was 12/13 I always cumed very fast, sometimes after just a few strokes. I simply continued jerking off after a short while and then it took longer till I would squirt the second time. Nowadays, at 15, I can control it better, even delay my orgasm till up to half an hour or longer - not always, tho. It depends on how horny I am and how often I cumed before. Since I usually jerk off at least 2-3x/day I am quite experienced and it is easier to control my orgasm. You are completely normal, tho. It´s all a matter of practice :D
