So, I'm 15 and I've never really had much action when it comes to girls. I'm pretty much the funny ones among my friends and pretty friendly towards other guys in my year but when it comes to girls its a different story.

It's like my mind has two modes, the first when I'm talking to guys and I'm completely normal and the second when I talk to girls and I just go full 'beta'.I
used to be pretty shy as a kid but i'm slowly coming out of that. It doesn't really help that I have a bit of a stutter so that really destroys my confidence when talking to people I don't really know.

It just really annoys me and I don't really know what to do.

Beta as in shy?
Just think of them as people, and back way off if they start to whisper or laugh in a hostile way. Don't get caught up in the swirl of hormones that come up every time you think of a girl as someone you would like to have anything but a social relationship with.

stop thinking of them as girls and just thinking of them as other people and talk to them like anyone else dont try and chat them up just talk and build confidence and work your way from there

Just start talking to girls and becoming friends with them. Thats what I did, I got one girl that way to go to prom with me. We arent in a relationship because I didnt want to be, but we are very good friends.
