Where we go, it's a car drive, then a hike in. It's a river and progressive. I say that cause the farther up stream you go, the harder the trail, and more "adult" it becomes as "male only" at the end of the trail.

Ya I always assumed nudists would be really fit so they wouldn't be embarrassed showing an unfit body. But it turns out nudists are into body acceptance so all body shapes are accepted. And that's a real positive actually, I like nudists behavior. That being said, I prefer young fi nudists, Once at the hot springs about 8 college girls hiked in and stayed a few hours. I was 15 at the time and was in heaven lol.

Not everybody goes topless on beaches in Europe and it depends in which country you are as well, but usually there is no problem with going topless on beaches here. The majority of girls and women still cover up their boobs. That may have something to do with cameras being small as they are. You don't want your breasts all over the Internet...

at our beaches (black sea) topless is not an issue at all and id say about 50% of all women and girls are topless... including myself.

yes it would be okay, not a big deal here, no matter if youre 13 or 31.sure we have creepy guys here and being topless alone might feel awkward. but if youre with parents or a group they wont approach.

All depends on what beach you go to and even then it varies by the day. Just like all beaches vary. But the best ones have all ages. Ok I guess the very best would be ages 13-19 but I have no problems with younger and older.

I'm sure every beach has creepy guys staring. But honestly I've never seen a girl getting hit on. Not a girl I mean. I've seen adults flirting. True nudists wouldn't do anything bad/wrong. And if a creep acted bad around a 13yo he would get in serious trouble at a nude beach.

Almost every US state has a lake or river that is a nude area. You can google them. But ya Cali and Florida have the real nice ones.

yea its by nasa, and no i didnt have to walk 3 miles. the parking lot is right there. the 3 mile thing is just that they "want you" to go as far north on the beach as possible. we didnt even walk a half mile and there was naked people. just make sure you park at parking lot #13 (the very last one)

First went when I was 13 to clothing optional hot springs with 16 year olds who drove us there. Then last summer different older guys got me into an actual nude camp or whatever. They were over 18 and I wasn't so I wasn't actually supposed to be there without parents but they sorta snuck me in.

Cocoa is just regular I think. Its got tons of tourist stuff like a Ron Jon store, etc. Lots of condos right along the beach.

I totally agree. It is very relaxing and almost everyone is naked. If you feel insecure about your body, keep in mind that the other people's bodies have flaws as well. Nobody and no body is perfect :)

I dare argue that people on a textile beach are more inclined to flaunt and giving others a treat. After all: a lot of people like to leave something to be guessed: the brain is the most sexual part of the human body. Nude beaches are less sexually laden than textile beaches.

That's right, when everybody else is topless or naked it feels different than when you are the only one.
That is also why it is not awkward to be naked with others in the sauna.
(In most sauna's in Europe we all go naked, in the sauna and in the pool, but in a bathrobe when we relax)

If I may give you some advice: go with some friends or family. At least the first time. Unfortunately there are some (mostly middle aged and single) men who feel the need to harass girls and women who are alone at a nude beach. I don't say it happens everywhere and always, but it does happen. Better be safe than sorry!

We go to a resort and they do a good job of screening people. For instance, no singles allowed. I've been on a beach with other people that were nude, mostly young adult couples and we kept some distance, it's not legal to be nude there. Didn't see anyone perving.

I'm sure on a nude public beach it happens, but not a lot. The regulars would probably confront someone like that. To be honest I have a bit of exhibitionism in me, i enjoy being naked and certainly don't mind being looked at. But it's not anything sexual, i don't get aroused by it. My dad and my sister were freaking out, and I just looked down at the sand, contemplating life, and that the half an hour walking wasn't so bad. We walked for about 5 minutes then sort of jogged. We were just too mentally scarred.

Some are for families, including small children, and some are more adult oriented. Some even cater to public sexual activity; unfortunately these are not always well signposted, so that unsuspecting beach goers migh get the shock of their life :-D

I agree with Laura.
You can simply go and keep your clothes/bikini/swimsuit/whatever on. That way you can get used to all the skin around you without having to show your own. And when you feel relaxed and confident enough, you may take something (or everything) off.
No-one will force you to strip right at the entrance of the beach, and especially not when it comes to teenage girls. Everyone knows that a changing body comes with a lot of feelings and emotions and that forcing someone to do what they're not ready for, is not done. Really, they won't bite :)
Also, for some people it's even easier with strangers, simply because you don't know them.

Thinking about the pain of ripping the duct tape off is enough to make me never want to get a boner.

Omg, I'm jealous of you. Would love to have a local beach here... and if it's a nude beach, even better. For me, the next beach is about 2.5 hours away, so its far even for a day trip. But it's worth the time as it's a really beautiful place with a nude section... love it!
