wait... wut? there's no way you can lift that much if you weigh 120. ur body fat percentage would be about 1.2 and you'd be dead

There is and I have... it is my limit and can only do 1-2 reps but you can totally lift that much. I have a low body fat percentage and higher muscle mass percentage.

you should probably stop lifting for at least 2 months and ask a doctor about it if that's true

120lbs at 5'10 is not good..

Sure thing will do... I've only been lifting since I was 15 but I don't know anything about my limits... again I said it was 1 rep at that max weight my normal is lower

Okay dude whatever you say, I'm just trying to lay facts down on you about lifting. A person weighing 120lbs sure to start can only lift about 70 but you work your way up into what they call the elite class which is in the 200s. I am what they consider the advanced class. Honestly could care less what you think I lift or not because you're obviously not me
