I am not circumcised and just now I peeled back the skin and it was all wrinkled up and hears another question when ever I don't clean under the skin white stuff comes and I smells bad is that normal is there a way to get rid of it for good?

Yep, this. And for the wrinkle part, it's probably because you haven't pulled it all the way back. Don't force it if it won't but try to ease it back.
