Well (if you have a job or birthday coming up) buy some dumbbells, P90x, treadmills, basically sports equipment. hope this helped.

do some exerciser in your home. start with just sit ups . push ups .run a bit or walk around the block . and you can do simple 10 min exercises every day ..and don't feel ashamed .

The first thing you need to to do is get a diet plan. Find something that works for you and stick with it. Set a reasonable amount for your daily calorie intake and don't break it. Cut out most if not all junk foods and sodas. Drink lots of water.
As for exercise, as stated above, start out doing small things at home if you're not comfortable going to the gym. Walk a mile every day, do sit-ups and push ups in your room, things like that.
Good luck with your weight loss!

hey, as a 16 y/o who was in the same position, i have the best way for you to lose weight. Do a sport, specifically wrestling, as you might be 220 right now, but stick with it a year, work hard, go full out, you can be 195 within a year, easily. sure other exercise might be faster, but doing a sport, like wrestling will also build your confidence in your own body. I know it did for me.
after two year of wrestling, i am at 207 about now(first year i didn't work to lose weight, i worked to get good :P ). when i started i was 235-240. but now that this season is coming to a close, i am going ot be working down to 195

Dude yeah the best way is to just diet well no more junk food or soda or any sweets, to get fit and turn that fat into muscle just join a high conditioning sport like football lacrosse or wrestling. Knowing thar it is hard to go to the gym and workout alone because you don't have a push a sport is the best way to recieve thar push and get things going. I myself do gymnastics and volleyball and used to do wrestling and football also am in great shape just because of my sports. along with the "diet" you'll see yourself bulking up and thinning out the fat in no time

dude if you can get a barbell and the weights for it and that's all you'd need with this,no benches are anything else, then you shoudk try this.
it was created by Bob Hoffman during the Big One (world war 2) to get troops in shape fast.
