I turned 15 in December and as I look around in the locker room at school I seem a lot less developed than 95% of guys in my PE class. I have very very fine arm/leg hair that is easily overlooked, no chest and armpit hair, and a fair amount of public hair. My penis is ~3 inches flaccid and ~4.5 inches erect. Is this normal?

You seem totally normal to me, and you just might be starting out in puberty. Chances are you will grow over the summer and will catch up with everyone else by your sophomore year. You honestly sound like you're pretty normal for someone your age, and I would not worry.

Is this normal?

To you, yeah.

That's the way you grow.

Deal with it.

Yes it's normal, we all tend to develop at different rates, and even then there's isn't much you can do to change the way puberty goes for you.

You are 15 meaning you still have a lot of time to develop. You are probably slightly slower developer but that's okay.

some guys just don't ever get very hairy. a lot of the guys in my family don't and I never had much hair. some people just don't get to have a big penis. unless you have three nipples or something else that is strange, yes your normal. everyone is different and there is no set normal. as others said though, you still have a lot of time to develop

I am 18 and I still don't have visible arm hair, and only have slightly visible leg hairs. I still don't have any chest hair, and only have some hair on my belly. Different people have different backgrounds in their families where they may get hair earlier or later, same with puberty, sometimes it happens over longer periods of time but also sometimes short, it just depends and the best thing to do is let it do its work.

Totally normal. You will grow most likely. If you are concerned talk to a doctor!

Despite being one of the more obvious signs of development, hair is not good basis for comparison because the amount of hair guys have when fully developed varies so much. Someone who comes from a family in which the men are really hairy may have more hair half way through development than some guys have as adults.

Your penis size does suggest you have a some more development to go so mayve your assessment of being a bit behind your peers is correct. That isn't anything to worry about, though, as everyone develops at his own pace. As long as you have started, and your clearly have, it will be fine.

Youre as normal as normal can be, you could just be a late bloomer thats all. You know we all develop at different rates, so dont stress it and know that you will catch up soon enough.

Yes it's normal. Some people develop quicker than others and this is obviously the case here. You've got nothing to worry about!

everyone's body chemistry is different and no one is the same. Just like how some girl's breasts are naturally bigger than other or even for us guys how some are taller than others. you can't compare yourself to these things. My voice dropped much later than other boys, I knew it was going to happen I just gave it some time.

Its how you use it that really matters but either ways you still have time to grow
