So over the past month or two, i've recently been masturbating to pictures of people at my school. At my point in puberty, i've gone crazy for girls boobs. I wouldn't say that what you're doing is wrong, and it is not like you're violating anyone's privacy or something like that. You are just having a surge of hormones, and you are admiring someone's body. In my opinion, what's the difference between jacking off to some publically available photographs and thinking about a girl you like and picturing her in your mind? I do not see an ethical problem here, and you're just being a normal teenage guy.

Masturbation is meant for pleasure, if the guilt of doing so is taking over the pleasure you want for masturbation, stop. But plenty of guys do what you do, including me. If you feel guilty, stop. Don't let me try to change your mind, but if they don't know about it, there's no harm done. You can jerk off to the pictures and not show or tell anyone, and you'll be just fine.

I wouldn't feel guilty about the wet dream because you just don't have control over what you dream about.

I think a lot of us probably jacked off to folks at school we found attractive, and it does feel guilty because we seem them in person like the next day. I think that as long as you treat the person right and not as an object when you see them, then you have nothing to worry about. The fact remains most junior high school and high school guys jack off to folks they see, and once the hormones wear off you'll be fine.

If jacking off to folks you know is something that really bothers you, then just remind yourself that you're going to see them the next day which should kill your desire to think about them. There are definitely a lot of other things out there you can use as wanking material, and just use those things instead of thinking of folks in school. If you have a sexual thought about someone at school, then it's not a big deal because everyone has them both guys and girls. As long as you don't act on your thoughts, then you're fine.

Personally I don't think youa re doing anything wrong. You are using pictures that the girls concerned have chosen to make public and presumably you're not creeping them out by telling them you masturbate to their pictures so in that sense you aren't causing any harm or distress to the girls concerned.

Your thoughts, including sexual fantasies are private and no-one else can expect to control them or make you accountable for them.

So, if the reassurance you get from here helps you not feel guilty then great. Some people fel guily about masturbating regardless of any particular visual stimulation and that tends to fade with time, too.
