How much does having your period affect your mood and feeling horny? Some girls I know say that's when they are horniest but for me its not so much that, but more mood swings.

Every girl will be different.
ASAP Science made a video about how your period affects your mood, I will link it below:

For the feeling horny, it will also vary. Could be because you know that the possibility of sex/masturbation does not exist or will be very messy.

Same with me. And then I'm also usually pretty horny after my period, but I think that's just playing "catch up." Also like every 3 months or so I get really emotionally sensitive during my period. Like, I'll get angry at the slightest thing or super sad at like a dumb movie or something. It's hard to explain.
