Human Relations class going south.

I am taking a human relations class that has been awesome. We got into Carl Rodgers -- The premise of the class was that if you put people in close proximity then you will probably get good results. (or something like that).

I have gotten to know people who aren't like me and the class has basically been talking to each other. I sold candy for a band fund raiser and the people in that class were so supportive that I sold more candy than anyone in band.

Now I want out of the class because the teacher is having us read palms and tarot cards. It just seems evil to me and I want out. I am going to see my counselor.

Has anyone had a similar experience. What did you do? Did they let you out of the class?

I've never had that, but honestly I would either leave or stop it from continuing if that's what they're doing. Maybe make an anonymous complaint to the school higher ups? If you're in a public school I don't even think they're allowed to do shit like that.
