My bedroom is in between my brother and uncle's. My brother is 16 and has a girlfriend. My uncle is dating and sometimes his girlfriend will spend the night. I do hear it when one of them is having sex or masturbating. I don't know why, but if I hear them, I need to masturbate. Its not their problem and there is nowhere to move, but I feel super guilty...I know its hormones, but how do you handle something like that?

I've done the music thing before but it doesn't really help. I might try ear muffs though. Leaving my room in the middle of the night isn't convenient but thanks for the advice.

You can also try to politely hint to them that you can hear things. A simple, "you know these walls are very thin" might do the trick to at least get them to quiet down or be more conscience of the other people in the house.

I have a similar situation: i share the bedroom with my brother, i saw him masturbating and i get so horny that i need to masturbate...i think it is normal: hormones and hearing someone having sex or masturbating...in my case also watching...it is so amazing..
